About this file
This document is a Bid Amendment for Bid Solicitation #24DPP00939 T2658 - Non-Emergency Remedial Action Services (NERAS) issued by the State of New Jersey Department of the Treasury Division of Purchase and Property Procurement Bureau. The amendment includes answers to questions from bidders, extends the quote submission due date from May 1, 2024 to May 9, 2024, and provides a revised state-supplied price sheet. The contract will require the provision of services such as staging, sampling, loading, transporting, disposing, detecting, inspecting, and investigating discharges of petroleum fuel, crude oil, or hazardous materials, as well as professional services including surveying, structural engineering, and laboratory analysis. The contract will be awarded to one Prime Contractor and one Alternate Contractor, with an unspecified contract term.
The bid solicitation includes small business and disabled veteran-owned business set-aside evaluation preferences. The current incumbent vendor is Clean Venture, Inc., and the contract may involve integrating with existing infrastructure and technology related to environmental remediation services. The estimated contract value is not provided, but individual projects are generally estimated to cost less than $1 million. Bidders must submit a state-supplied price sheet, and the total quote price for all 3 years will be used to rank the quotes.
