About this file
This document is Exhibit B of the Data Reporting Requirements for the New Jersey Children's System of Care (CSOC) Contracted System Administrator (CSA) contract (T1932). The exhibit outlines the comprehensive data reporting obligations required of the contractor across five primary reporting domains: Demographics, Access, Outcomes, Utilization, and Performance. The Demographics section requires reports on youth demographics by agency and provider agency service profiles. The Access section mandates reports on youth referrals to the CSOC, youth awaiting services, population statistics by service category, and call center statistics. The Outcomes section requires reporting on youth system involvement, length of stay in services, re-enrollment rates, and assessment outcomes data.
The Utilization section requires the contractor to provide reports detailing youth receiving services, services received by area and provider agency, and capacity utilization versus available capacity for service line providers by area. The Performance section requires performance profiles and timeliness reports for all service lines, as well as outlier management reports identifying data anomalies across all youth by service provider. These reporting requirements establish the baseline data collection and analysis expectations that the CSA contractor must maintain throughout the contract term to support the operational oversight and performance monitoring of New Jersey's Children's System of Care.
