About this file
This document is a Pre-Quote Conference PowerPoint presentation for a Tobacco Cessation Counseling contract (T1901) issued by the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), solicitation number 25DPP01117. The optional pre-quote conference provides procedural guidance for potential vendors, with quotes due by 2 PM on April 9, 2025, and Q&A submissions due by 2 PM on March 19, 2025. The contract appears to be a three-year engagement involving telephone communications, counseling sessions, and nicotine replacement therapy product provisions, with pricing to be submitted for each contract year.
The State-Supplied Price Sheet requires vendors to provide firm, fixed pricing across five specific price lines, including field telephone communications, counseling sessions (with and without holiday rates), and nicotine replacement therapy products (patches). Vendors must complete all price lines without modifications, leaving no blank spaces and using the exact Excel format provided. The solicitation encourages partnerships with small, woman-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned, and disabled veteran-owned businesses. Submissions must adhere to strict formatting and content requirements, with quotes potentially being deemed non-responsive for unauthorized alterations or missing mandatory elements.
