About this file

This is a Subcontractor Summary Spreadsheet related to the City of St. Petersburg's HVAC Preventative Maintenance contract for municipal buildings in Florida. The spreadsheet appears to document subcontractor participation and breakdown information relevant to the procurement process. The contract seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive HVAC services including labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacements for the City's HVAC systems across municipal facilities. The document serves as a tracking tool for subcontractor involvement, likely detailing the allocation of work, responsibilities, and pricing components among primary contractors and their subcontractors participating in the bid response.

The spreadsheet functions as an administrative record for subcontractor engagement in the bidding process, providing transparency regarding the distribution of contract work and associated costs. This summary documentation assists the City in evaluating subcontractor qualifications, experience, and capacity to support the primary contractor in delivering HVAC maintenance services. The inclusion of subcontractor information in the formal bid materials demonstrates the City's commitment to comprehensive vendor management and ensures that all parties involved in service delivery meet required standards for municipal building maintenance.
