About this file

This is a Subcontractor Summary Spreadsheet related to the City of St. Petersburg, Florida's procurement of a Flowserve Limitorque L120-10 electric multi-turn valve actuator for the North East Water Reclamation Facility (NEWRF). The project involves the replacement of one (1) existing valve operation assembly that is beyond economic repair. The procurement is structured as a direct drop-in replacement to restore existing valve actuation functionality without any modifications to the installed valve, mounting interface, or control architecture. The specification is rigid, accepting only the named Flowserve Limitorque L120-10 actuator with no substitutes, alternate manufacturers, or equivalent products permitted for consideration or award.

The spreadsheet format indicates this document serves as a summary tool tracking subcontractor information relevant to the procurement process. As a specialized equipment replacement project for municipal water reclamation infrastructure, the procurement emphasizes compatibility and operational continuity rather than competitive product selection. The nature of the requirement—replacement of a specific, proprietary actuator model—reflects the technical constraints of integrating with existing valve and control systems at the facility.
