About this file
This document is a Notice of Upcoming Requirement and Industry Day Information for NASA Ames Research Center's Facilities Support Services II (AFSS II) procurement. The contract is an 8(a) small business set-aside, with a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) planned for early 2025. Key events include an in-person Industry Day on March 26, 2025, at the Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, CA, followed by in-person and virtual one-on-one meetings on March 27, 2025. Registration is required for both events, with a maximum of three participants per company, and detailed registration information must be emailed to Anna M. Foreman.
The procurement process includes several stages: a draft RFP release, a virtual requirement walk-through, the Industry Day event, one-on-one meetings, and a final RFP release. Interested 8(a) certified businesses are encouraged to monitor sam.gov for additional information, attend the Industry Day (which is recommended but not mandatory), and prepare to submit proposals after the final RFP is released. No recordings will be allowed during the events, and all questions and answers will be transmitted via the Government Point of Entry (GPE).
