LETTER OF COMMITMENT INSTRUCTIONS
SPE605-19-R-0212
ATTACHMENT 1
At a minimum, the following shall be provided in each commitment letter:
1. Certificate of Quality for Product being offered (Supplier Letters of Commitment Only)
2. Reference to specific and current Solicitation Number
3. Reference to Product being offered for supply, transport, and/or stored, dependent on the type of commitment letter.
4. Reference to Quantities of product(s), trucks, equipment, etc. being offered, dependent on type of commitment letter.
6. Reference the duration of the committed contractor’s services with regard to the performance period
7. Reference pricing agreement specific and current to the solicitation for which offer is being submitted
8. Contingent upon award, offerors shall commence delivery within 48 hours.
9. Signed and stamped by the owner/president/CEO of the company providing the service and signed and stamped by the primary contractors authorized representative acknowledging the receipt and understanding of that agreement.
