Wage rates range from $13.32 per hour (Child Care Attendant) to $49.75 per hour (Maintenance Test Pilot, Fixed, Jet/Prop and Air Crew Training Devices Instructor). The determination requires all occupations listed to receive health and welfare benefits of $5.55 per hour up to 40 hours per week, or $282.00 per month, and includes paid vacation accrual of 2 weeks after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 5 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years. The document specifies minimum paid holidays of eleven days annually and includes provisions for hazardous pay differentials (8 percent and 4 percent), uniform allowances, and special provisions for exempt computer professionals, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and their associated night pay and Sunday pay premiums. Executive Orders 13706 and 13658 regarding paid sick leave also apply where applicable to covered federal contracts.
