This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract issued by DLA Energy (Defense Logistics Agency) for Bulk Petroleum Services located at 8725 John J. Kingman Road, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. The amendment number is 0001, effective March 10, 2026, and modifies solicitation SPE60326R0505 under requisition/purchase request SPE603.
Amendment 0001 addresses six questions received in response to the solicitation. DLA Energy's responses clarify that offerors should submit exceptions to terms and any express warranty information in Volume 1 of the Technical Proposal in accordance with the IAW (In Accordance With) Addendum to FAR 52.212-1; offerors may complete partnerships information using the Cover Letter IAW Addendum to FAR 52.212-1; and DLA Energy incorporated the most recent U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination Number 2015-5681 dated December 3, 2025 (Revision 25). The amendment also confirms that offerors will submit signed amendments with their offer and clarifies that information used to execute services is considered Confidential Unclassified Information (CUI). Additionally, the amendment revises the performance period to a four-year base period from May 21, 2026 through May 20, 2030, one five-year option performance period from May 21, 2030 through May 20, 2035, and an option to extend the contract not to exceed six months from May 21, 2035 through November 20, 2035. The amendment is not extended and includes an attachment containing the wage determination reference.
