About this file
The document is a Consent Letter template for a Joint Venture Partner/Subcontractor/Teaming Partner for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy's solicitation SPE603-26-R-0505. The solicitation is for Contractor Owned, Contractor Operated (COCO) fuel storage services within the Port of Anchorage, Alaska. The purpose of this form is to obtain written consent from potential partners to allow the government to disclose their present and past performance information to the prime contractor during the source selection process, facilitating a comprehensive performance evaluation.
The template provides a sample letter format with placeholders for a company's name, authorized signatory, and contact details. It emphasizes that performance information cannot be disclosed to a private party without explicit consent, and DLA Energy requires joint venture partners, major subcontractors, or teaming partners to complete and submit this consent form as part of their past performance information for the solicitation.

CONSENT LETTER
Joint Venture Partner/Subcontractor/Teaming Partner Consent Form for the Release of Present and Past Performance Information to the Prime Contractor.
Present and past performance information concerning a company cannot be disclosed to a private party without the company’s consent. Because a prime contractor is a private party, the Government will need that consent before disclosing joint venture partners’/subcontractors’/ teaming partners’ past performance information to the prime contractor during discussions. DLA Energy requests that the joint venture partners/major subcontractors/teaming partners identified in your proposal provide written consent for the Government to disclose their present and past performance information to the prime contractor. The completed consent forms should be submitted as part of your past performance information.
