II. INSTALLATION SPECIFIC INFORMATION
A. BASE
(1) INTRODUCTION
The Fuels Management Flight in the 55th Logistics Readiness Squadron maintains and operates a fuels infrastructure in excess of 87 million dollars utilized to support Team Offutt’s command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, and transient alert missions in direct support of U.S. Strategic
Command. Direct fuel support is provided to 29 assigned C-135B/C, 4 E-4B and various transient alert aircraft with an annual average fuel issue total of 18.7 million gallons.
(2) HOURS OF OPERATION
Normal hours for fuels operations are identified below. Contractor must be capable of providing 24 hours x 7 days per week PWS coverage when required including for weather, natural disaster, exercise, or other contingency operations.

NOTE (2): Fuels Operations shall operate during normal or required extended hours of operation and on observed holidays unless authorized to close by the Wing Commander or designee. If closed, standby personnel shall be identified to MOC and Security Forces and be available to respond within 1 hr.
(3) WORKLOAD INFORMATION
Base workload/requirements are provided below. Quantities and durations are estimates only and subject to variation. Variation does not directly correspond to additional requirement or staffing without validation and/or increase in normal hours of operation by the Contracting Officer.

(4) BASE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
DS1 tank 465 has direct issue piping to bldg. 518 (USSTRATCOM) emergency generator tank. All transfer operations, normal and after hours, is conducted solely by storage contract personnel.
(5) FACILITIES
The following on-site installation facilities may be used by the Contractor in performance of the PWS tasks. The facilities may be changed, by the local installation, from time to time to meet mission requirements. The Contractor will be notified prior to any change of location.
