About this file

This amendment modifies the solicitation for the 2019 Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore bulk fuel procurement. The Defense Logistics Agency Energy requires turbine fuel, aviation (JP-8, JP-5, JAA, JA-1) and F76 naval distillate to be delivered by tanker, barge, truck and pipeline to bases in the Rocky Mountain and West Coast regions from October 2019 through September 2020. The amendment reverts some 8(a) set-aside quantities to non-set-aside, provides updated coordinates and parcel sizes for evaluation, moves anticipated negotiation and proposal revision dates to late May 2019, reinstates a JP-5 requirement, clarifies pricing escalator exceptions and adjustment factors, and standardizes the maximum parcel size at 50,000 barrels.
