About this file
This document contains a worksheet for vendors responding to a joint solicitation from the Defense Logistics Agency and Department of Veterans Affairs for radiology and imaging systems.
The solicitation will result in multiple award ID/IQ contracts to provide radiology and imaging systems, subsystems, components, maintenance services, training, and incidental services. Products include CT, MRI, X-ray, nuclear medicine, ultrasound and other imaging equipment. Incidental services must meet FAR criteria. Maintenance is allowable if the vendor certifies under FAR 52.222-48. The estimated program value over 10 years is $6.5 billion.
The worksheet requires vendors to provide pricing, discount and sales data including discounts by customer class, most favored customer details, and standard commercial terms for warranty, installation, shipping and payment. Contracts will have a five year base and a single five year option. Vendors must support CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii and territories and may support OCONUS locations. The closing date is July 27, 2015. The Defense Logistics Agency and Department of Veterans Affairs intend to make multiple awards.
