Performance Requirements Summary Table (PRST) Paragraph 1.8
Performance Requirements Summary Table (PRST) Paragraph 1.6
The COR will observe the selected service(s) at any time they determine a need to inspect a service or notices a defect . Results of each inspection will be documented on a “Government Inspection Report” . A “pass”, “fail” or “N/A” rating will be assigned to each service inspected. A "pass" rating will be assigned when the Contractor performs a rated service at or above the listed "Acceptable Quality Level (AQL )" listed in the Performance Requirements Summary Table (PRST ) of this PWS. A “fail” rating will be assigned when the Contractor performs a rated service below the listed "Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) ". DLA Strategic Materials may (at the governments discretion) levy monetary deductions against the Contractor for “fail” ratings documented in the “Government Inspection Report ” as listed in the Performance Requirements Summary Table (PRST) of this PWS for each “Required Service” evaluated.
A brief description of the inspection and observed defect(s) will be recorded. The COR will ascertain whether documented defect(s ) were corrected and processes implemented to ensure re-occurrence of the defective service(s) performance is prevented. An “N/A” rating will be assigned when no work was required to be performed on a specific service during that rating period. The COR will retain copies of each completed “Government Inspection Report ” in the Contract COR File. The COR will upload copies of all completed “Government Inspection Reports ” into the CORT Tool.
