This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) solicitation for a 60-month lease of 152 Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) for Headquarters Army Materiel Command (HQ AMC). The device deployment includes 144 devices at Redstone Arsenal, AL, 2 at Anniston Army Depot, AL, and 6 at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. The comprehensive lease includes delivery, end-user training, full-service maintenance, consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation, technical refresh, removal, reporting, network functionality, and network security services.

The devices must meet extensive technical and security requirements, including Trade Agreement Act compliance, specific operational capabilities (600x600 DPI copy resolution, 1200x1200 DPI print resolution), compatibility with Windows 11/MacOS 13, and robust security features like FIPS 140-2 encryption, removable hard drives for classified devices, and Common Access Card (CAC) authentication. The contract mandates an onsite technician with a DoD Secret security clearance at Redstone Arsenal, maintains a 90% weekly device availability rate, and requires comprehensive network and cybersecurity compliance, including NIST and DISA security standards. Devices will undergo rigorous testing by DLA to ensure compliance with network security and operational requirements.
