About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for the lease of multifunctional devices in Germany. The Defense Logistics Agency seeks to enter into a contract to lease 305 multifunctional devices, accessories, and office document devices for up to 60 months to support the Army, Air Force, Marines, and DOD within Germany. The base period is two months to align with the fiscal year. Refurbished devices may be acceptable if they pass technical evaluation. The incumbent contract being replaced is number SP700017P0019 held by an unnamed contractor, which provided 305 devices not required to meet TAA standards. Arrangements must be made to send devices for testing within five days of award. Clarification is provided that changes removing new device requirements and quantities in attachments apply only to this solicitation.
