About this file
This document is a compilation of questions and answers related to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a new FedMall contract (Solicitation Number SP47W1-24-R0002). The FedMall contract will establish Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) items across 13 product categories. Key details include:
- The RFQ seeks vendors to offer specific items listed in Attachment 1, with the option to propose alternative items that meet the requirements. Vendors can submit partial offers and are responsible for identifying non-compliant items.
- Delivery lead times are 60 days standard but can be extended to 90 days with justification. Customers will be able to request product additions to the catalog, which will be awarded to single vendors.
- Vendor performance will be evaluated based on total item level evaluated price (TILEP), with no preference given for exact matched items. Pricing data and commercial price lists will be required with proposals.

Vendor Question Sheet
| Questions Template for RFQ SP47W1-24-R-0002 | ||||
| No. | Page Number | RFP Section | Question | Answer |
| 1 | 12 | C.4.2.3. | Does only a single vendor hold each product or can multiple vendors have the same items on their individual contracts? | Yes, only one vendor will be awarded an individual item. |
| 2 | 13 | C.5.4. | How does a customer request a product addition to the catalog? | There will be directions for customers posted on the FedMall website on how to request an item to be added to FedMall. Customers can also reach out directly to DLA with questions or requests. |
| 3 | 13 | C.5.6.2. | The solicitation references a "Catalog Change Request." What types of changes can the vendor request under this process? Is it limited only to the addition and deletion of items? | Catalog changes include additions, deletions and product updates (not to include pricing). |
| 4 | 60 | 52.212-2 EVALUATION | Can you please clarify Steps 5-7 of the evaluation process? Please illustrate what happens above and below the 20% threshold. | If a vendor is able to offer above the 20% threshold, their offer will be considered for award. Vendors offering products below the 20% threshold, in a product category, the government reserves the right to not consider a vendors offer. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis based on the number of offerors per product category. |
| 5 | 15 & 22 | C.7.3. |
| C.12.1.4.3. | We respectfully request a 90 day lead time instead of the proposed 60 days given the supply chain post-Covid. This would reduce the number of order cancellations and minimize order processing. | The standard delivery lead time will remain at 60 days, but can be changed to 90 days on a case by case basis however, a Vendor must provide a request and justififation with their proposal. | |||
| 6 | 9 of 82 | B.2.1.2 | Will the Govt clarify when alternative items are proposed, what specific data will be required and in what format? Will the Govt provide an example of description and/ acceptatble justification for proposing alternative item? | Vendors are responsible for providing/submitting alternative items under Attachment 1 of the solicitation. The specific data will be required in the format layed out in Attachment 1 and in 52.212-1 instructions to offerors for additional information. | |
| 7 | 9 of 82 | B.2.1.2 | Where in the submission package do Offerors provide justification/rationale/descriptions of alternative items proposed? | During initial proposal if the item listed on Attchment 1 to the solicitation can not be supplied as requested. | |
| 8 | N/A | N/A | Will the Govt consider adding items that are embellished (i.e., embroidered, screen-printed)? If not, does the Gov't aniticipate this might be a future opportunity to include these on FedMall? | At this point in time, we are not looking to add items that are embroidered. | |
| 9 | N/A | N/A | How many awards doe the Gov't anticipate making for each product category? | Unknown. This will depend on how many proposals are sumitted and how many vendors are considered for award within each category. | |
| 10 | 4 of 82 | Offer Submission Instructions | Will evalution be more favorable in correlation to percentage of items Offeror is able to supply in a specific product category? | No, each vendor will be evaluated on their Total Item Level Evaluated Price (TILEP). | |
| 11 | 4 of 82 | Offer Submission Instructions | Will there be file size and type restrictions (i.e., 10mb, jpg, etc) for document (catalog) uploads? | See FedMall Quick Access Guide: Supplier Portal. | |
| 12 | N/A | Attachment 1, Column A, Manufacturer Name | What is the maximum alternative manufacturers (suppliers/manufacturers not clearly named in Column A) allowed per item?If more than one, is Offeror permitted to add columns as necessary? | There should only be one (1) alternative per line item submitted by a Vendor. Offerors are responsbile for determining whether Berry Amendment, Trade Agreement Compliance, or Buy American Act applies. Any items that cannot be determined accetpable per these terms and conditions shall not be submitted. | |
| 13 | N/A | ATTACHMENT 1 | It appears that there are some items that are not TAA compliant. Please clarify how you would like vendors to handle this. Example: Uline --- S-20399G | DLA is requesting Vendors to note which items are not compliant in their proposal spreasheet (Attachement 1). Offerors are welcomed to submit alternatives that are compliant with the regulations. | |
| 14 | N/A | ATTACHMENT 1 | There appear to be some duplicated items. Since the government is planning to evaltuate vendors based on the percentage of the category they are offering, duplicates will make the evaluation process inaccurate. Please advise if a new list will be provided without duplicates. | ||
| Example: REGAL 110 XL and REGAL110XL | DLA has scrubbed the list of items. Dublicates have been removed (Attachment 1). | ||||
| 15 | 23 | SF1449 | C.12.1.5.2. Items shipped must include a detailed invoice or packing slip with FedMall prices |
listed.
| It is requested that the government re-evaluate this requirement. If a vendor is a reseller, some items may need to ship direct from the manufacturer to meet delivery requirements. Items shipped dircet would not have FedMall pricing on the packing slip. | This section has been removed from the soclitiation. Vendors are responsible for abiding by the terms and conditions of ATSM D3951 "Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging." | |||
| 16 | 55 | SF1449 | Addendum Subparagraph (b)(4) |
| Is the govenrment requesting product literature for each item offered? If a vendor is offering 1000+ items, that would be a massive amount of documents. | Vendors are requested to submit product literature if offering an alternative item. | ||||
| 17 | 57 and 59 | SF1449 | Please clarify what pricing data is required to be submitted with the initial proposal. 52.212-2 (i)(J) is unclear and includes a requirement that is initially listed under Past Performance requirements on page 57. | This was revised under Amendment P00002 to the solicitation on 4/30/2024 and part "J" was updated. "Other than cost or pricing data" is not to be submitted with proposals and will only need to be submitted if instructed by the Contracting Officer during evaluation of offerors. | |
| 18 | N/A | N/A | DLA stated during the Pre-Proposal Conference that vendors should not price overseas shipping. DLA took the following action items: Would DLA please confirm the VSM clause is accurate? How will DLA address size and weight limitations for APO shipments? | ||
| The VSM clause is being removed by an Amendment to the solicitation and will not apply. | |||||
| 19 | N/A | N/A | Several SKUs are missing information, such as shoe size or color. See highlighted items in attached spreadsheet. In addition, the other items listed (not highlighted) have no identifiable source (discontinued with no alternative, item not found based on description, etc.). Will the government provide an updated Products Offering file with updates for these items? | DCSO has reevaluated Attachment 1-Products Offering (Company Name) and removed any duplicates that could be identified. DCSO is looking for offerors to identify any inaccurate data in the spreadsheet. Vendors are encouraged to submit additional line items that are the same exact product (no equivalent) but vary in color and size however, have no difference in offered price. | |
| 20 | N/A | N/A | Would each new product added (per customer request) be awarded to a single vendor/contract holder? How would this be competed? | Yes, added products on the post award side will be awarded to a single contract holder. Contract holders will be able to compete for each product addition via Request for Quotation (RFQ). | |
| 21 | 8 | B.2. Supplies | Some of the products are discontinued and no replacement is available. Can we offer the full line products based on the manufacturers provided by the Fedmall Team? For example DRIFIRE - Can we provide a full product line instead of entering for each of the drifire products provided on that lists? This will allow a variety of choices to the fedmall customers to choose what they want instead of being limited to the products offered as per the solicitation. | No, only the items listed in Attachment 1. These items have historical demand in recent years. Vendors cannot offer a full line of products based on the manufacturers in Attachment 1. | |
| 22 | 8 | B.2. Supplies | Can we fill out partial offers instead of the complete lists (3017 line items)? | Yes, partial offers are welcomed and encouraged. | |
| 23 | 8 | B.2. Supplies | What should we do if some of the items are not TAA Compliant? | DLA is requesting Vendors to note which items are not compliant in their proposal spreasheet (Attachement 1). Offerors are welcomed to submit alternatives that are compliant with the regulations. | |
| 24 | 8 | B.2. Supplies | Why are Ability One products not included in this proposal? as it will be a win-win situation for customers and support the abilityone. | AbilityOne items are covered under GSA Schedule contracts and can not also be offered under FedMall contracts. | |
| 25 | 57 | Other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data: 2A | Is it correct you want a copy of our commercial price list for these exact items | Yes, in order to evaluate offerors, the Contracting Officer is requesting that commerical price lists be submitted with proposals. | |
| 26 | 13 | C.5.1 and C.5.4 | Will the customers be limited in scope as to what they can ask to add? If so what is that scope? Is the functionality currently available for them to ask to add items or when will it be available? | Yes, customers should only be asking for products that fall within the 13 product catagories and are allowable items for DLA to purchase. | |
| 27 | I have attached a very small sampling of what I will call, what I believe to be “Masked” Items meaning that they companies are listing themselves as the manufacturer when I don’t believe they are. Vendors, I believe, have put their company name in as the manufacturer and in some cases used their own internal part#s as the MFG part#. This poses a few issues A. | Its like looking for a needle in a hay stack trying 1 x 1 to find who the MFG is so that we can present it as an original item. Am I correct that this could be presented as a original item and not a substitute if I find who is the manufacturer | |||
| B. | As you will see in Beyond Clothing has listed Camelback which is the manufacturer in the description I know you had said we can offer like items but I have 3 questions | ||||
| 1. | It seems reasonable that you will give preference to exact item? | ||||
| 2. | If we find who we think is the manufacturer can we present as exact item? | ||||
| 3. | Would you be willing to email all vendors that these 3017 items came from and ask them to confirm who is the manufacturer and what is the exact manufacturer part#. | ||||
| Any items that are identified as a "masked" item shall be included in your offer. The government will then review the submitted data from all vendors and come to a determination for that item. If you find the true manufacturer of the item, you will need to supply the corrected Manufacturer Name and Part number for that product. There will be no preference given for the exact product being offered. All evaluations will be brand name or equal while taking TILEP into consideration. We attempted to obtain the manufacturer part number from Attachment 1 however, had no success. All brand name or equal equivalents will be the responsibility of the vendor to identify. | |||||
| 28 | Items to be Solicited Spreadsheet | Some items in the footwear and clothing/outerwear categories on the list are not inclusive of all the sizes/color/length combo available. Is DLA only looking specifically for the size/color state on the list or can we include all the available sizing/color options on our offer? | Vendors are able to offer all sizes/colors/lengths on their proposal as long as the pricing is consistent amongst all variations of the base part number. | ||
| 29 | Items to be Solicited Spreadsheet | Some items are discontinued with no replacement. Should we remove those items from the spreadsheet as no offer? | No, do not remove, but please identify the items on the Attachment 1 spreadsheet. You can offer an equivalent if one exists in the commercial marketplace. | ||
| 30 | 5 | A. Continuation of SF1449 Form, A.1.3 | A.1.3 Block 17a - This section calls for providng the Bidder's DUNS number. As we are identified by our UEI number in SAM.gov, should we provide the DUNs or UEI number? | Vendors are requested to provide their DUNS number based on Block 17a. | |
| 31 | 11-12 | C. Statement of work, C.3 | C.3 Order Transmission Types - page 11 ends with C.3.1.1 and page 12 begins with D.32. Can you confirm there is no missing info and that this may just be mislabeled? | Thank you, you are correct. We will provide an Amendment with the correct numbering. | |
| 32 | 11 | C. Statement of work, C.3 | C.3 Order Transmission Types - There is only mention of EDI orders (850) and order confirmations (855). Are EDI invoices (810) and Advance Shipping Notices (856) also within scope of the RFP? | Vendors are expected to be registered with EDI to receive access to the supplier portal. Please reference the FedMall Quick Start Guide: Supplier Registration for more information. | |
| 33 | 56-57 | ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS—COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND | |||
| COMMERCIAL SERVICES (SEP 2023) FAR | Addendum Subparagraph (b)(8) immediately follows Addendum Subparagraph (b)(6). Was this misnumbered or is a section missing? |
| The same with 8 to 10 | No, the solicitation is correct. Only the subparagraphs that needed further information/clarification were included. | ||||
| 34 | 21 | C. Statement of Work, C.10 Customer Service Requirements, C.10.2 | As many carriers require claims be made within a certain timeframe, do damaged items need to be replaced within a certain timeframe? | Yes, a replacement item shall be shipped to the customer within 60 days. | |
| 35 | 21 | Page 46, Vendor Shipment Module…Must we use the VSM to create our documents? | The VSM clause is being removed by an Amendment to the solicitation and will not apply. | ||
| 36 | 37 | 252.211-7003 ITEM UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION AND VALUATION (JAN 2023) DFARS | As a distributor of COTS and not OEM products, is DFAR clause 252.211-7003 , Item Unique Identification and Valuation applicable to awarded contracts for COTS distributors? | This clause does not apply to COTS. The clause will be removed with an Amendment to the solicitation. | |
| 37 | 14 | C. Statement of Work, C.7 Delivery, C.7.2 | Is delivery ARO (After Receipt of Order) for OCONUS orders considered delivered when it arrives at the CCP? | Yes, they will be considered 'delivered' when they arrive at the CCP. | |
| 38 | How will military air shipments be identified? For example, will the EDI order alert us in one of the address fields to contact NAVSUP? | Vendors are only responisble for commercial shipping of items. Military Air shipments are conducted by military units. | |||
| 39 | For OCONUS orders, will the EDI 850 contain the applicable CCP that can be used for forwarding overseas to the mark-for address? | If customers order correctly, they will have the CONUS CCP or APO with a mark for address of the overseas location. Vendors may have to contact customers to obtain the CONUS location for shipment. | |||
| 40 | N/A | Attach 1 Fedmall Products Offerings | If an item that is listed in your attachment 2 and doesn not have all the available sizes listed, will it be appropiate to add the line item available sizes to the proposal? | Vendors are able to offer all sizes/colors/lengths on their proposal as long as the pricing is consistent amongst all variations of the base part number | |
| 41 | N/A | Attach 1 Fedmall Products Offerings | If the answer to the above questions is no, would you allow additional time to compile the product listing for items listed to ensure all sizes, colors and options are added to the product line item list on Attach 1 Fedmall Products Offerings List. | Answer above is yes. | |
| 42 | 59 | 52.212-2 b10 (ii) | When providing contracts completed during the past two years, should the list include every contract awarded in the past two years, or only contracts similar in nature? Additionally, if a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) or Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with task orders, do you want a summary of the information, or details on each associated task order? | We do not require each individual order that was awarded under an established IDIQ or BPA contract. We are looking for a summary associated with each contract/BPA. | |
| 43 | 82 | Will we still need to complete Attachment 4 Historical sales data? | Yes. Attachment 4 will need to be filled out and submitted with your proposal. | ||
| 44 | N/A | N/A | During the Pre-Proposal Conference, it was mentioned that new items would likely be added in a pre-determined timeframe (quarterly basis, etc.). Will this timeline take into account the end user's needs? For instance, for safety equipment such as masks, diving gear, fire resistant products, etc., will there be a way to expedite getting these products added to the contract? | ||
| This will be evaluated on a case by case basis, but to minimize work, potential new items will only be considered and added on a pre-determined timeframe. | |||||
| 45 | 9&59 | B.2.1.3&(ii) | If a contractor is unable to supply/quote a line on Attachment 1 how would you like them to indiciate that? By displaying N/A in all the fields required of attachement 1? | Leave the line blank or put in "N/A", as long as it is consistent. | |
| 46 | 14 | C.6.4 | Will DCSO be able to provide more details on how contractors will be expected to provided an electronic "order confirmation" within (24) hours? We are currently only aware of email order notifications with no-reply address. Fedmall interface did not have order confirmation available for DLA contracts orders. | Order confirmation within 24 hours will be removed in an Amendment to the solicitation. | |
| 47 | 14&21&23 | C.6.5&C.11.1&C.12.1.5.3 | Will contractors be provided the data that was reviewed with regards to their performance metrics? Will the kill orders submitted for customers or contract error be removed from the calculations? | Vendors can request to see the data used for their yearly performance metrics in regards to their FedMall contract. | |
| 48 | 13 | C.5.6.2.1 | How will contractors be notified of changes to item schedule on the contract? | Once an item is awarded, the item schedule on the contract will not change unless approved by a DCSO Contracting Officer. Vendors will be notified of any changes to their contract. | |
| 49 | 21 | C.10.2 | Will contractors be able to place a claim dead line of 20 days after delivery of order to report damage? This is because most damages would be caused by the trucking company and most contracts only receive a 30 day window to make a claim? Who will be responsible for the retrun freight cost? | Customers will be allowed a 30 day window to report damages from the receipt of products. Vendors are responsible for return freight costs (FOB Destination). | |
| 50 | 23 | C.12.1.5.2 | Please define Fedmall prices listed that are to be displayed on invoice? We would be able to provide price on the invoice that is quoted to DCSO but not with the cost recovery rate added. | All invoicing should be conducted through the WAWF system. Invoices shall not be sent directly to customers for any orders. | |
| 51 | 35 | 52.216-19 | Will contractors be able to change minimum order limit from $25.00 to $100.00 due to freight inclusion in item price? | No, the order minimum will remain at $25.00. | |
| 52 | 23 | C.12.1.6.2 | What marketing approaches are allowed by contractors? | Standard marketing approaches are allowable however, vendors are to not solicit FedMall customers via mass notification or mass email distribution. | |
| 53 | 59 | 52.212-2 (1.ii) | How do we display alternate's pricing and exact pricing at the same time on a line item basis? | Fill out the appropriate columns listed in Attachment 1 of the solicitation. If you require additional information, follow the instructions listed on 52.212-1. | |
| 54 | 59 | 52.212-2 (1.i) | Are we able to request moving of line items to Product Categories and OEM name change that are better aligned with the type of item being requested for the purpose of this solicitation? | Some of the recommendations submitted have been updated and reflected in Attachment 1. | |
| 55 | 75 | 52.216-27 | 52.216-27 -PAGE 75 states "52.216-27 SINGLE OR MULTIPLE AWARDS (OCT 1995) FAR |
The Government may elect to award a single delivery order contract or task order contract or to award multiple delivery order contracts or task order contracts for the same or similar supplies or services to two
| or more sources under this solicitation" - At the conference, it was said that there will most likely not be multiple awards made to numerous vendors for the same item. Can you please clarify this? How is it fair business practices to eliminate competition on Fedmall, past performance of vendors or smaller vendors that do not have the purchasing power of bigger businesses? Example - Grainger or SOE TLS Contract holders - they are all Billion dollar a year businesess. GSA has numerous businesses offering the same product for different prices. That is fair and open competition. Customers can order from companies with past performance or certain Socio-Economic set asides. | This clause applies because the government will be making multiple awards via the solicitation. There will not be multiple awards made for the same product. The new FedMall solicitation looks to establish competition up front at the solicitation level rather then at the delivery order level. GSA is awarded using a different section of the FAR 38 & FAR Part 8, which follows different regulations. | |||
| 56 | 56 | Addendum Subparagraph (b)(4)(v) | Page 56 states "Under this solicitation, a vendor who receives the award for an item will be the only awardee among the IDIQ contract holders for that specific item within their catalog." |
The items to be solicited spreadsheet contains vendor made up part numbers, with extremely vague descriptions - not manufacturer part numbers or descriptions. Are vendors with the made up part numbers going to be requested to provide the actual manufacturer part number, or will additional specifications be released to allow all vendors considering a proposal submission the opportunity to be able to bid or provide suitable alternatives to the items on the spreadsheet?
| Any items that are considered to fall under this category shall be noted when vendors submit their offers. Vendors are responsible for quoting the actual Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and OEM part number on their offer. | ||||
| 57 | 13 | C5.4 | Product Additions - Product Additions will only be by request from FedMall customers. What is the full process for product additions? IE - how does the customer request items to be added? What information does the customer need to provide? Whose responsibility is it to inform all FedMall customers that it will be their responsibility to request items to be added? What will be the turnaround time for requested items to be added? Will all requested items be added, or just items that are requested by multile customers? | Customers can reach out to DLA to request for the addition of products. There will be posting on the FedMall website along with job aids to assist customers through this process. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis, but to minimize work, potential new items will only be considered and added on a pre-determined timeframe. DLA believes that this process will be expedited in comparison to how current items are being added. Products will be evaluated to determine whether or not they are within scope of the solicitation. |
| 58 | 56 | Addendum Subparagraph (b)(6) | At the pre-proposal conference, there was a discussion on price increases. It was relayed there will be a process for price increases, but it will be for certain circumstances. Can you provide clarification on the circumstances and the process for price increases / requesting price increases - as the Solicitation states there will be no price increases for the items, and the awarded vendor will have the option to remove that item, and a request for quotation will then be sent to existing contract holders. | There will be no price increases granted besides the pricing offered up front with submission of proposal. If a vendor is no longer able to withold the pricing of an item(s) the government reserves the right to resolicit that item to all current contract holders. |
| 59 | ATTACH 1 | Please see sheet "QUESTIONS REGARDING PART NUMBERS" for the part numbers and questions of items to be solicitated. | Questions for part numbers have been summed above in lines 6, 12, 19, 26, 28 and 29. | |
| 60 | 4 | A.1.1. Block 8 | Could we please request an extension of the due date: 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 24 May 2024. If possible 2-3 weeks? Due to all of the questions about part numbers, clarification, suitable substitute research. | At this time, there will not be an extension added to the solicitation. |
| 61 | 14 | C.6.2 | C.6.2. The vendor shall accept individual delivery orders within one business day of the date of issuance of the DD-1155 (Delivery Order). Is this done in PIEE or DIBBS? Please explain more on this process. Is this currently being done by Fedmall Vendors? At the conference, a similar question was raised. Talk was referenced to Fedmall Marketplace. Please elaborate. | This will be completed in DIBBS. This wording has been revised with the posting of this Amendment. |
| 62 | 14 | C.6.6 | C.6.6. Partial fills and backorders are not permitted under the contract. This was brought up at the conference. Some manufacturers, due to unforeseen circumstances, might have delays in production. If we email our contracting officer, is there any exceptions to this? | Vendors are asked to fill or kill orders. This ensures are customers are receiving the products in a timely matter. Contract holders will have the ability to contact their contracting officer to discuss specific situations. |
| 63 | 22 | C.12.1.4.1 | C.12.1.4.1. Suppliers are responsible to ensure that their catalog complies with the terms of |
the contract. This includes but is not limited to Berry Amendment, Trade Agreement Compliance, and Buy American Act clause. These laws/regulations/limitation apply at the MAX IDIQ Ceiling not the individual order level. i.e. If your items unit cost is $250 but your IDIQ Ceiling is $1M the Berry Amendment would apply to all orders regardless of individual order
| dollar value. Can you please elaborate on this? Does this mean that only Berry items will be awarded to a vendor and then only TAA items will be awarded to another vendor? Or is it possible that they will have a mix of each if the total award is under $1M? | Vendors will not be limited to any of these laws/regulations. These laws apply due to the maximum dollar value of the solicitation (205M). | ||||
| 64 | 20 | C.9.3 | C.9.3. There is no systemic way to pay a vendor for an order that has been cancelled; vendors are not authorized to perform on any line item once it has been cancelled, even if the | ||
| cancellation was accidental. - There is currently a way to do this in Fedmall. There was an accidental cancellation done to us for a $900k total order. The DLA Fedmall team was able to reverse it. Why will they not be able to do it now? If its accidentally cancelled by DLA Fedmall Team, you all should have the power to reinstate the order. If not, that could/would cause hardship on the vendor, especially if the item has shipped. Can you please elaborate on this. Thank you! | In the case of an accidental cancellation, DLA does have the ability to reverse the cancellation from a functionality standpoint. Paragraph C.9.3 of the SOW is making a statement that a vendor should not perform on a cancelled Delivery Order. Any performance on a cancelled Delivery Order will result in no payment to the vendor. If the Government reverses a cancellation, then performance can resume. | ||||
| 65 | 8 | B.2. Supplies | Some of the manufacturers are not providing the quote as they quote this directly on Fedmall So how can we be included for these parts? As it is not feasible to provide similar/alternate items for over 600 products for that particular MFR. | Offerors are responsible for determining/proposing alternative products or becoming authorized distributors for the items being solicited. |
File details come from the government source that posted it. Updated .
