About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) matrix for a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) solicitation for Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) and Hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) Support Services. The Q&A matrix addresses five key clarification points from potential offerors, including corrections to a typographical error in an evaluation factor referencing SF 1449, confirmation of acceptable past performance documentation (CPARS reports are acceptable), and clarification on travel pricing terms (firm-fixed price).

The solicitation (SP4703-26-R-0001) seeks contractor support services for the DLA ODS and HFC Reserve Program Office in Richmond, VA. The Q&A matrix provides detailed government responses to technical and administrative questions, with all responses signed by D. Willis. Notable clarifications include guidance on submitting past performance information, confirmation of document formatting issues with the SF 1449 form, and specifications that travel items will be firm-fixed price for the base and all option years.
