ASL Interpreter Service for DLA Aviation and Forward Locations

SP4703-25-R-0008

Questions / Answers

Q1) Our typical rate for virtual interpreting services is only 70% of our typical rate for onsite services. If we're able to bid a separate rate for VRI services and onsite services, this would save the government a significant cost when virtual services are requested. Can we submit a different rate for VRI and onsite services?

Q2) How much of the contract is expected to be for VRI services compared to onsite services?

Q3) What's the expected or average estimated duration of onsite request? We charge a higher hourly rate for short (2-3 hour) onsite requests in order to cover interpreters' travel incentives, and we charge a lower hourly rate for longer (6-8 hour) onsite requests, so this information would help us provide an accurate quote.
