"No, Amendment 0001 to SP4702-21-R-0027 extended the submission deadline to 18 January 2022"Should we assume that the Government meant to cite Amendment 2 and a due date of 1 Feb 2022?Correct, that was an oversight on the Government's part and the response for those rows should be "No, Amendment 0002 to SP4702-21-R-0027 extended the submission deadline to 01 February 2022."

The Government is requesting a cost narrative, however 20 pages is the maximum length (not the requested length) this narrative can be.In order to properly count the pages and because there is no tab in the Price Volume Excel for the narrative, should the offeror assume that the price narrative is a seperate PDF, following text and formatting rules of section L, that supplements the Excel Spreadsheet?Yes, the price narrative is a separate PDF. The pricing narrative (PDF) should not be longer than 20 pages, should supplement the Excel Spreadsheet(s), and should follow the formatting requirement found in Section L of the solicitation.
Amendment 3 (original reference: SP4702-21-R-0027 Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, page 34, Section 5.5)2continuation sheetWhen we submitted questions on December 3, all questions except the last one of the first submittal were included it the answer document. Should we expect this previously submitted question "Can the Government provide the types and quantities of GFE's so that offerors can scope the workload associated with GFE Management?" will be answered in this next set of answers? It will provide a level bidding environment for all offerors to provide this information.PWS Sections 5.1 and 5.2 state, "The government will not provide equipment, materials, and/or services required for application development and sustainment, except as provided below." It further states, "Contractor personnel shall use CFE for all off-site and on-site work. Hardware required at specific IM sites, as required by State and Federal law, shall be provided by the Government. This includes but is not limited to: Workstations, Computer peripherals, etc." It is anticipated that the Contractor's solution will demonstrate what Government GFE will be required, including but not limited to use of GFE cloud infrastructure. "Until the Government has awarded the proposed solution, the Government will not be able to provide any types or quantities of GFE.
SP4702-21-R-0027+Amendment+0003N/AShould we assume that the Government will provide a conformed section L, M, and PWS? The Government does not intend to provide updated Section L, M or PWS at this time. Upone review of the responses to the Amendment 0003 questions, the Government does not believe that any of the responses require updates to Sections L, M, and the PWS. The responses were clarifying what was already stated in Sections L, M, and the PWS. All amendments will be included with an offeror's proposal.

The localized solution should be able to communicate directly with the cloud based solution.
