About this file

This is a Question and Answers document (Round 3) for solicitation SP330026Q0085, addressing clarifications on the DDWG Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping Services contract opportunity.

Key clarifications provided include: the period of performance is 12 months annually with services required March through October (8 months of active work); the incumbent contractor is ST Squared LLC (cage code 9TDF2) under contract SP330024P0516, which ended February 28, 2026; no significant scope changes from the previous contract cycle; and the scope has not fundamentally altered regarding grounds maintenance requirements. The government will not provide storage areas, fuel storage, pesticide storage, or a DoD SAFE drop-off link for PII submission during site visits. A Georgia Commercial Applicator Pesticide license remains required despite current statements that herbicide application may not be immediately needed, as future requirements may change. Contractors will receive keys to access areas if needed. Regarding maintenance frequency, services must be performed no more than once weekly and no less than once every two weeks. The government cannot provide estimated acreage, specific mowing cycle counts, linear footage for edging, or historical chemical spray usage information; offerors must reference Attachment 2 in the solicitation for property locations and service types. Tree limb clearing/removal debris will be priced according to the Performance Work Statement without amendments, and the Schedule of Services workbook should reflect the 8-month service period (March-October) within the 12-month contract period of performance.
