About this file

This is a Question and Answers document addressing clarifications for solicitation SP330026Q0085 for DDWG Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping Services issued by the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution.

The document clarifies key contract parameters and operational details. The incumbent contractor is ST Squared LLC (CAGE code 9TDF2) operating under contract SP330024P0516, which ended February 28, 2026. The Period of Performance spans 12 calendar months with services required March through October, resolving a discrepancy between the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (which indicated 12-month performance years) and the Schedule of Services workbook (which showed 8-month quantities). The scope of work remains unchanged from the previous contract cycle. The government clarified it cannot provide a DoD SAFE drop-off link for offerors to submit personally identifiable information for site visits. The document does not provide specific acreage figures for the scope of work or estimated annual mowing cycles, as this information was not available at the time of the Q&A response.
