About this file
This is a Question and Answers document (Round 2) for federal contract solicitation SP330026Q0085 for grounds maintenance and landscaping services at Defense Logistics Agency Distribution facilities. The document clarifies key contract parameters and scope details in response to contractor inquiries.
The contract involves grounds maintenance services for multiple unnamed locations identified in Attachment 2 of the solicitation, with a 12-month period of performance covering March through October service delivery. The incumbent contractor is ST Squared LLC (CAGE code 9TDF2) under previous contract SP330024P0516, which ended February 28, 2026. The government does not provide estimated acreage, mowing cycles, linear footage for edging, or storage facilities for contractor equipment, fuel, or pesticides. Contractors must obtain their own storage and support infrastructure off-site. Access keys will be provided to contractors as needed. The scope of work remains unchanged from the previous contract cycle. Specific service locations, property types (parking lots, building areas, storage yards), and detailed service requirements are referenced in Attachment 2 and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) within the main solicitation document.
