I. The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to vendor questions in reference to this solicitation.

II. The following Vendor question is hereby answered.

Question 1: The solicitation calls for an “Insulation material shall be polyurethane, shall be chlorofluorocarbon-free (CFC), and shall provide required thermal and structural characteristics as specified herein.” While we manufacturer insulated containers that meet this requirement, strategically we are transitioning away from polyurethane insulation to more sustainable solutions including our Naturals curbside recyclable and smaller/lighter single use and reusable VIP based solutions. Also, there is pending state and global regulations on PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) which are in many polyurethane insulations. PFAs are considered "forever chemicals" since they are persistent in the environment and the human body, leading to potential health and environmental concerns. Would you consider alternative solutions that don’t use polyurethane?

Answer 1: No, not for this effort.

Question 2: I see in the SOS attachment for the RFQ that a 10% over/under is allowed, and I am just wanting to confirm that the WAWF will allow quantities that are 10% over or under those associated with the complete order and that payment of invoices will go through in those cases.

Answer 2: The 10% plus or minus variation will be built into the LTC and be available on all delivery orders for invoicing in WAWF.

III. The Following DFARS Clause is hereby included:

DFARS 252.225-7013 Duty-Free Entry (Nov 2023)

IV. The time period for vendor submitted question has now expired.

V. The close date of this solicitation is not extended and remains October 6, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST.

III. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
