About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) at The Pentagon and Mark Center Campus in Arlington, VA.

The amendment addresses several requests for information (RFIs) from industry, including confirming the electricity and natural gas providers and rate schedules, clarifying details about a planned heat recovery heat pump system, and providing past performance requirements. The ESPC seeks to implement energy conservation measures at these facilities, with the ESCO privately financing the project and being paid back through the resulting energy cost savings over the contract term. Responses to the solicitation are due by August 13, 2024. The ESPC will be awarded through the Department of Energy's Super ESPC IDIQ contract, which was previously awarded to 20 ESCOs.
