About this file

This is a Statement of Work attachment that provides instructions and a template for contractors to respond to print consumables orders placed through the FAA's SOT (Service Order Tracking) system. The document specifies the required format for CONUS (Continental United States) order responses, which must be submitted within two business days of receipt via a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Contractors are required to populate columns M through R with pricing and fulfillment information, including MSRP list price, unit cost, extended cost, vendor name, delivery date, and tracking information. For items that cannot be fulfilled, contractors must indicate the reason in Column P using one of the following standardized responses: discontinued, invalid, not available, restricted, back ordered (with ETA), or out of stock (with ETA).

The template establishes a consistent data structure across columns A through L (which remain unchanged) that capture essential order details such as line item number, ship-to location, address information, product description, part number, quantity, and printer manufacturer. This standardized format ensures that the FAA can efficiently consolidate daily order requests and track contractor responses across the IDIQ contract for print consumables, which covers approximately 750 items of toner and printer consumables over a five-year period.
