About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for preventive maintenance services for carousel storage systems at Camp Pendleton, California, issued under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 for commercial products and services.

The procurement seeks preventive maintenance (PM) services for eleven vertical carousels manufactured by Hanel Storage Systems, ten horizontal carousels manufactured by White Systems, five hydraulic lift platforms manufactured by Autoquip, and five Nema control panels. The vertical carousels require semi-annual PM maintenance, while horizontal carousels and hydraulic lifts require quarterly PM maintenance. Maintenance tasks include inspections for proper operation and safety systems, lubrication of moving parts, identification of worn or damaged components, and adjustments for continued operation. Over-and-above repairs beyond scheduled PM are priced separately on a labor-hour basis and require contract modifications for authorization. The base contract period is one year (September 30, 2026 through September 29, 2027), with four one-year option periods and an additional six-month extension option available under FAR 52.217-8. Quotations are due by August 28, 2026 at 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time and must be submitted via email to Sgt. Johnathan TorresGranell.

Award will be made to the responsible quoter offering the lowest price among technically acceptable quotes, with evaluation based on technical capability to meet SOW requirements and price. The acquisition is set aside 100 percent for women-owned small businesses (WOSB) and is designated for HUBZone price evaluation preference consideration. Pricing must be firm fixed price for all line items, and the contracting office (Camp Pendleton Regional Contracting Office) will make payment through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). The wage determination (C10-WD 2015-5635 Rev 30) and Statement of Work are incorporated as contract attachments. Questions must be submitted by August 19, 2026 at 3:00 PM PST, and quotation pricing is valid for 90 days.
