About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract dated 21 August 2026, issued by the Commanding General of Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California. Amendment 0001 modifies solicitation M0068126Q0078 and replaces the previous Statement of Work (A1-SOW-CAROUSEL) with an updated SOW document.
The contract is for preventative maintenance (PM) and repair services for carousel storage systems located at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California. The Government owns eleven (11) vertical carousels manufactured by Hanel Storage Systems and ten (10) horizontal carousels manufactured by White Systems, including five (5) hydraulic lifts by Autoquip and five (5) Nema control panels. The contractor must furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required for PM and repairs. Vertical carousels require semi-annual PM service (22 visits total: 11 per visit), while horizontal carousels and hydraulic lifts require quarterly PM service (40 visits total: 10 per visit). PM tasks include inspections for proper operation and safety systems, lubrication of all moving parts, identification of worn or damaged parts, adjustments, cleaning, and corrosion prevention. Service tickets must be submitted within five (5) business days of each PM service completion. Over and Above repairs are authorized only by contract modification and must be completed within thirty (30) days unless repair part lead time dictates otherwise. PM inspections are scheduled for specific months: vertical carousels in January and July; horizontal carousels in October, January, April, and July. On-site service is provided Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM through 4:30 PM, with evening, weekend, and holiday work by prior arrangement. All equipment is located in Building 2251 and 22111 on the base.
