About this file
This is a Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Standard Form 1449) issued by the U.S. Air Force for refrigerant leak detection systems.
The solicitation FA446027Q0006, issued on October 20, 2026, seeks contractor services to provide and install hard-wired refrigerant leak detection systems in 186 dormitory bedrooms across Buildings 750, 751, and 768 at Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB), Arkansas. The contract is a 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 238220 and a size standard of $19,000,000. Offers are due November 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM. The acquisition comprises six line items: two mandatory line items for Building 751 covering materials/equipment and labor, followed by four option line items for Buildings 750 and 768 (each with separate materials and labor line items). All line items are priced as firm fixed-price lots with a 90 calendar-day performance period from the date of lead time event to completion. Delivery is FOB Destination to Little Rock AFB, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the Air Force installation. The evaluation will use a Performance Price Tradeoff best value technique, where technical factors and past performance combined are significantly more important than price. Payment will be made electronically through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) using the specified DoDAACs and routing information. The solicitation incorporates FAR and DFARS clauses by reference and full text, including provisions for small business certifications, Buy American compliance, and various representations and certifications required of offerors.
