It also adds attachments including a contractor sign-in sheet from a site visit, revised cost line items, and responses to contractor questions. The solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 4 for renovations at a domiciliary located within the Coatesville Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Offerors are instructed to provide details of relevant past projects from the past five years completed at this or other specified VA medical centers by key personnel.
