Volume II – Technical Volume Part A: Ordering Catalog

Template Instructions:

Offerors shall include the following information as part of their proposal submission. Offerors are encouraged to include those products/services which they can deliver and remove any which they are unable to deliver.

For the “Maximum Delivery Lead Time” column, Offerors may tailor these to indicate more favorable maximum delivery lead time. For example, if an Offeror is willing to guarantee a maximum delivery lead time for DJSIM of not later than (NLT) 28 calendar days, this may be indicated below. Offerors are not authorized to increase the stated maximum delivery lead time.

The information included in the table below is an excerpt from the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the Solicitation. Offerors are not required to include all products/services which are included here; however, are encouraged to include those which they can deliver. The information below should be tailored to align with the Offeror’s proposal. Any products/services which the Offeror cannot deliver should be removed. Items indicated via highlight may be tailored based on the instructions above. Prior to proposal submission, all products/services which the Offeror is not proposing to deliver should be removed and all highlights should be removed.
