About this file

This document is a set of questions and answers related to a Request for Information (RFI) for the Warrior Care Global Support (WCGS) Services contract opportunity, solicitation number SOCOM24WCGS-2. The RFI is for non-personal, performance-based services to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Warrior Care Program, which provides case management and advocacy services for Special Operations Forces wounded, ill, or injured service members, families, veterans, and caregivers.

The key details include: a 15-page limit for RFI responses, acceptance of self-reported Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) scores, clarification that licensure or certification is not required for the "qualified medical perspective" position, and that contractor personnel must be fully qualified on day one as the government will not sponsor clearances. The RFI indicates the government has specific staffing requirements per location and labor category, and will not consider alternative staffing solutions from offerors.
