About this file
This document is a Technical Exhibit (TE-1) that summarizes the service delivery requirements for a federal contract opportunity. The Warrior Care Global Support (WCGS) effort is a performance-based requirement in support of the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Warrior Care Program (WCP), which provides non-clinical case management and advocacy services for Special Operations Forces (SOF) wounded, ill, or injured (WII) service members, as well as their families, veterans, caregivers, and significant others.
The key performance objectives outlined in the document include: providing accurate and timely task order deliverables, assisting the Recovery Support Management (RSM) system in achieving desired outcomes, delivering effective screening, assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, closure, and documentation for non-clinical case management, providing timely and effective training support, and delivering timely and effective administrative and outreach support. The document specifies the performance standards, maximum allowable deviations, and remedies for each objective, as well as the requirement for the contractor to provide Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) when thresholds are not met.
