| 2 | N/A | Due to the varied nature of technical requirements in the solicitation that may require teaming across multiple subcontractors, would the government consider increasing the number of allowed subcontractor past performance submissions? | Section L, L.2.2. first paragraph was revised to reflect maximum of three (3) contracts for major subcontractors. PMO no comment |
| 3 | SF 1449, Block 10 | At least the two previous RFPs for the SETA requirement were competed using the NETCENTS contract vechicles and were small business set-aside. The NETCENTS NAICS code was 517311 with a company size standard of 1500 employees which is now 517111. Changing the NAICS code to and awarding to companies with under $37M size standard would introduce risk to AFDW as smaller companies often lack the financial resources to finance large equipment purchases and projects historically acquired on the SETA contract. Given the historical NAICS code precedent and financial risk potentially introduced, would the government consider changing the NAICS code to 517111? This change would ensure the contract was awarded to a company with the financial resources to complete most large equipment purchanses and projects while AFDW continues to receive small business credit | The Government has reviewed the scope of the requirement and determined the NAICS code 541513 best describes the principal purpose of the services being acquired IAW FAR 19.102(b). |
