The Government’s answer states: “No Classified storage will be allowed outside of the government facilities.” Based on these answers, the prior/current contract not requiring Secret storage, and no direct or indirect requirements articulated in the PWS that lead to a secret storage requirement, this requirement should be removed. | 4 | 6.1 Multiple Full Time Employees (FTE) efforts may be required to satisfy each subtask. FTE basis is established by the Government as 1920 labor hours. The contractor shall ensure all contractor personnel working the above tasks have the appropriate skill levels outlined in the below table. Listed are minimum required skill levels, certifications, and experience. All contract personnel must meet or exceed applicable skill levels. No substitutions in collegiate education or certifications will be considered. Contractor shall ensure all technicians maintain current certifications. | PWS 6.1 States: FTE basis is established by the Government as 1920 labor hours. This appears to be high. Given there are 2080 (52 weeks*40 hours/week), with the new holiday of Juneteenth National Independence Day, there are 88 hours of holiday hours, leaving only 72 hours per year for vacation and sick leave. Service Contract Act WD # 2015-4281, dated 26 Dec 2024, requires (for non-exempt personnel) requires up to 56 hours of paid sick leave each year and 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of service with a contractor or successor (56+80=136 hours). 64 hours less than the legal requirement. 2.2.4 The contractor shall prepare and maintain a comprehensive written disaster recovery plan for the VIIDS in a mutually agreed upon format and provide it to the Government upon request. The contractor shall implement the disaster recovery plan within the allotted emergency onsite support timeframes related to this task order or at the request of the Government.
2.2.5 The contractor shall perform comprehensive quarterly maintenance visits/inspections and provide the Government with a written report in a mutually agreed upon format within 5 business days of the visit/inspection. The contractor shall resolve any deficiencies found during quarterly maintenance visits/inspections within 30 business days.
