The vendor is responsible for all travel costs, mileage, and travel time associated with contract performance, which should be factored into the bid price. A designated contract manager must oversee all work, maintain regular communication with the R.D. Bailey WMA Wildlife Manager Travis Bowman at 304-682-8633, conduct a walk-through inspection upon completion, and ensure all work meets mandatory specifications including site leveling, contouring, and smoothing in preparation for subsequent DNR seeding, liming, and fertilization activities.
