About this file
This document contains instructions for calculating self-performed work on a federal contract opportunity to renovate a veterans hospital canteen and office suite. The opportunity is a total SDVOSB set-aside issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration with a value between $1-2 million. Offerors must calculate the percentage of work they intend to self-perform versus subcontract using the provided worksheet. For construction contracts, offerors may not subcontract more than 85% of the awarded value to non-VIP listed SDVOSBs. The renovation project will centralize and expand the canteen's food court and dining areas, relocate offices, upgrade mechanical and electrical systems, and install new finishes. The full solicitation for the opportunity is scheduled to be posted on or after October 21, 2020.
