CWBS DICTIONARY
1.0 Special Warfare SE&I
All effort required to implement Special Warfare SE&I in accordance with the task order, including the prime mission product, software development, lifecycle systems engineering, configuration and data management, cybersecurity and program protection/security, program management, test and evaluation, training, procurement, customer support, and travel.
1.1 Prime Mission Product
All effort required to develop, integrate, BTAD, and test SWAK operational releases and program increment releases.
1.1.x Software Development
All effort required to develop, integrate, and test quarterly SWAK operational releases, including integration with existing software and platform equipment.
1.1.x.y Systems Integration
All effort required to develop, integrate, and test SWAK program increment releases, including sprints and User Engagement Site (UES)/SWAK User Group events.
1.1.x.y.z Buy, Try, Adapt, Decide
All effort required to expeditiously determine if a commercially available item can meet a specific operational need of the warfighter when a solution is not currently fielded, buy it, evaluate it, adapt it as required and present Tech Readiness Assessments (TRA) of the COTS item.
1.2 Lifecycle Software/Systems Engineering
All effort required to perform software and system engineering for SWAK, including developing and maintaining the system architecture in the Software Architecture Description, human systems integration (HSI), cybersecurity, configuration management, and training documentation.
1.3 Configuration and Data Management
All effort required to develop and maintain a Supplier's Configuration Management Plan, prepared/coordinate ECPs as required, investigate Deficiency Reports and implement existing data management procedures, in accordance with the CMP.
1.4 Cybersecurity and Program Protection/Security
All effort required for the contractor to use the RMF process to identify IT that receives, processes, stores, displays, or transmit DoD information, as well as satisfy all RMF requirements in the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process to obtain the appropriate level of authorization to operate SWAK.
1.5 Program Management
All effort required to manage the SWAK program, including project management, technical reports, Contract Funds Status Reporting, data management, travel management, security management, quality management, and Government property management.
1.6 Test and Evaluation
All effort required to provide support to SWAK Government testing.
1.7 Training
All effort required to field and sustain SWAK releases, including training, documentation, conducting training courses and facilitating user training requirement's discussions and improvements as needed to existing processes/documentation.
1.8 Customer Support
All effort required to field and sustain SWAK releases, including help desk support, field service representative support, TACP innovation cell support, software management, software distribution, and software maintenance.
1.9 Procurement
All effort required to provide the necessary hardware and software for developing, testing, and fielding SWAK, including establishing and maintaining the software development and test environment.
1.10 Travel/Exercises and Demonstrations
All travel costs required to implement the SWAK program and support SWAK's usage in Exercises and Demonstrations
