About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a Task Order for the Foundation Sustainment Services and integration (FS3i) contract. The PWS defines the requirements and services needed to sustain the Foundation GEOINT (FG) Integrated Program Office's Maritime Safety of Navigation capabilities. Key objectives include providing an agile support construct to deliver an optimal Maritime user experience and become a trusted IT mission partner. The PWS covers a 9-month base period with four 1-year option periods, and requires services across Program Management, Software Development, Integration, Software Maintenance, and Operations Support. The contractor must use Agile methodology to sustain various Maritime IT capabilities, with defined performance metrics and a 99.9% operational availability requirement. The primary place of performance is at the contractor's facilities, with access to government systems as needed. The PWS references several appendices with additional technical details, requirements, and specifications.
