About this file

This document contains a past performance survey for a contractor bidding on the Diplomatic Platform Support Services contract. The survey collects information on the contractor's past performance and customer satisfaction on similar contracts. It requests details on the contract being evaluated such as value, period of performance, and description of services provided. Evaluation criteria include quality of services, compliance with schedules, price and cost control, management effectiveness, small business utilization, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Respondents are asked to provide ratings in these areas and any additional comments on the contractor's past performance. The completed survey should be returned to the Department of State for consideration in awarding the DPSS contract, which was announced in a special notice setting forth background on the program and an upcoming industry conference to discuss the draft RFP.
