About this file
This document outlines the scope of work for a construction project at the Long Island National Cemetery. The project involves renovations, improvements, and repairs to the spoils area, maintenance yard, maintenance building, administrative building, and asbestos removal if needed. The construction contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the work according to the construction documents over a 300-day performance schedule. Additional pricing is requested for optional roof replacement and unit costs for asbestos removal if uncovered. Accessibility standards must comply with ABAAS. The related federal contract opportunity was originally set aside for SDVOSBs but did not receive two offers, so it is being reopened to all small businesses as solicitation 36C786-20-B-0029 to replace the prior solicitation 36C786-20-B-0011.
