This is a Pricing Quotation (PPQ) attachment for a construction solicitation to renovate approximately 1,100 square feet of existing space in Building 5 and/or 5B at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center to establish a same-day access mental health clinic. The project must comply with VHA Directive 1231(2) and VHA Handbook 1160.1, with construction sequenced to maintain continuous operations of adjacent VA clinical functions. The scope includes selective demolition of interior partitions, ceilings, and finishes; installation of new interior finishes including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, trim, and casework; implementation of therapeutic design features with calm color schemes, anchored artwork, and secure hardware; achievement of minimum STC-45 acoustic rating for exam room partitions; installation of wall-mounted lavatories in each exam room; routing new domestic hot and cold water lines from adjacent restrooms; rebalancing and modifying HVAC systems while reusing the existing rooftop air handling unit; relocating or adding diffusers and grilles with ligature-resistant diffusers in exam rooms; and providing new electrical receptacles and data outlets.

The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to convert the existing space into four exam rooms, a combined waiting and reception area, a relocated police office, and associated support spaces.
