About this file
This is an Official Bid Price Sheet for a production services contract (Solicitation Number S000000421) involving state-level government procurement, specifically for a multi-location film production. The project involves an 8-week production schedule, with 4 weeks of out-of-state filming across four destinations: New Orleans, LA; Puget Sound, WA; Phoenix, AZ; and Philadelphia, PA. The production requires comprehensive staffing across multiple production roles, including pre-production and production personnel, with detailed breakdowns for positions such as producers, directors, camera operators, art directors, costume designers, and various technical crew members.
The pricing document provides a comprehensive cost breakdown across three tables, covering personnel rates, equipment rentals, production items, craft services, catering, and travel expenses. The bid sheet requires prospective contractors to complete blue-highlighted cells with specific daily rates, number of days, and estimated positions. Notable cost categories include wardrobe allowances for 300 full outfits, props for 13 episodes, production design for two main set builds and 50 on-location scenes, and location fees for up to 52 locations. Travel expenses are explicitly detailed for crew and principal cast, including airfare, per diem, and lodging for 28 days across the four out-of-state destinations. The document emphasizes that travel, food, and lodging are not reimbursable for the 8 weeks of production in Arkansas.
