About this file
This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Arkansas Department of Transformation and Shared Services Office of State Procurement (TSS OSP) on behalf of the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management (ADEM) to obtain pricing and a contract for a new 9' x 32' LED screen. The LED screen must have a 4K or UHD resolution of 7680 x 2160, be a seamless display, and integrate with ADEM's existing video wall processor system. The contract requires the successful contractor to provide installation, maintenance, and support services. Bids are due by June 15, 2023, and a mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 22, 2023. The initial contract term is for one year with the option to renew for up to six additional one-year terms.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder on an all-or-none basis. Pricing must be proposed in U.S. dollars, and the State requests delivery within 30 calendar days. The State will inspect and accept/reject the product within 30 days of receipt, and the contractor must provide a "total satisfaction" return policy. Performance standards will be included in the final contract, and the contractor will be required to compensate the State for any unmet standards.
