About this file

This is an RFR Attachment detailing reporting requirements for the Massachusetts Health Connector's contract for culturally and linguistically appropriate support services. The document outlines mandatory reporting capabilities that contractors must provide, including an online reporting portal accessible to Health Connector staff, daily email distribution of standard reports, and comprehensive documentation supporting reporting functions such as data dictionaries and validation methodologies. Contractors are required to respond to specific questions regarding their ability to deliver real-time statistics, track deliverables and timelines, provide historical data, and perform validation to ensure report accuracy.

The attachment specifies five required monthly reports that contractors must produce: Volume and Cost Report (tracking word count by language and project, costs by rate card and service type), Delivery Performance Report (measuring agreed versus actual delivery dates and turnaround times against Service Level Agreements), Language Coverage Report (documenting supported languages and volume metrics), Quality and Performance Report (providing QA scores and quality trends), and Reviewer/Client Feedback Report (analyzing correction rates and rejection patterns). Contractors must indicate whether each requirement represents an existing function, requires configuration, requires modification, can be met through business process changes, or cannot be met. Additionally, contractors must provide sample reports, detailed descriptions of their reporting capabilities, and documented processes for validation methodology, data dictionary structure, and procedures for modifying or creating production reports.
