This document is an Attachment and Exhibit Crosswalk that maps the relationship between attachments and exhibits referenced in a Request for Response (RFR) and their corresponding positions in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts contract opportunity involving culturally and linguistically support for readability and usability. The crosswalk establishes how 16 attachments and exhibits from the RFR align with the MSA structure, with most technical and operational documents carrying over directly from the RFR to the MSA without modification. Key attachments include Technical Standards, Data Management and Confidentiality Agreements, Requirements documentation, Reporting specifications, Health Connector Modified Terms and Conditions, and various exhibits covering current state operations, Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreements, accessibility standards, contract management portals, and remote work requirements.
Several attachments and exhibits undergo reorganization or modification during the transition from RFR to MSA. The RFR's Cost Response (Attachment 8) becomes the Pricing section (Attachment 7) in the MSA, while Mandatory Forms and Certifications, Electronic Payment Authorization Forms, Business References, and certain reserved sections do not appear in the final MSA. The crosswalk indicates that specific operational documents such as Current State of Operations, Reference Materials, Accessibility requirements, Calendar of Business Events, Current Process Flow, and Remote Work Requirements are carried into the MSA with consistent naming and structure, ensuring continuity of technical and service delivery expectations throughout the contract term.
