About this file
This addendum document modifies the Request for Quotation (RFQ) 26081GR issued by the City of Altamonte Springs, Florida, for vehicle graphics materials, printing, and installation services. The addendum clarifies and amends specific requirements outlined in the original solicitation for furnishing graphics to City vehicles and equipment on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. The document addresses procedural modifications, technical specification updates, and clarifications to ensure vendors have accurate information for preparing their quotations. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum as part of their submission to confirm they have reviewed all current solicitation documents.
The addendum serves to correct or supplement the original RFQ terms, pricing structures, or operational requirements. All vendors submitting quotations must incorporate the changes outlined in this addendum into their proposals. Failure to acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 2 may result in the quotation being deemed non-responsive. This modification ensures that all interested parties have uniform and accurate information regarding the City's expectations for vehicle graphics procurement and that all submissions are evaluated on consistent criteria.
