About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 to RFQ-26-081-GR issued by the City of Altamonte Springs, Florida on June 9, 2026, addressing clarifications and modifications to the Vehicle Graphics solicitation. The addendum provides three key clarifications regarding the scope of work: Half Vehicle Graphics are defined as post-accident repair work involving replacement of graphics on one side of a vehicle, including blue and gold striping with Police and Altamonte Springs wording, while Complete Vehicle Graphics apply to new vehicles. The work encompasses a mix of both new vehicle applications and repair work, with the City responsible for removing old graphics, vinyl, and adhesive residue prior to vendor installation. The addendum clarifies that vehicle dimensions vary by year, make, and model, requiring bidders to design a standard graphic package and size it to each vehicle accordingly per the General Specifications Scope Item D.

The addendum emphasizes that all respondents must acknowledge receipt of this addendum, with failure to do so potentially resulting in the submittal being deemed non-responsive. Only written questions answered through formal addendum carry binding effect, and questions received after the established due date will not receive consideration. Except as expressly modified by this addendum, all other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. The solicitation does not detail specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, or contract duration in the addendum itself, with these details residing in the base solicitation documents.

VEHICLE GRAPHICS

Addendum No. 1

DATE: June 9, 2026 TO: All Respondents and Interested Parties FROM: Gabriela Ruela, Procurement Specialist

Be advised of the following changes, additions, deletions, information, and/or clarifications to the subject solicitation. Only written questions answered in writing by formal Addendum will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Questions received after the due date for questions will not be given any consideration. Respondents are reminded to review the original solicitation and all issued addenda, if applicable. Respondents must acknowledge all issued addenda, if any. Failure to acknowledge may result in the Respondent’s submittal being deemed non-responsive.

Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

The Solicitation is hereby changed accordingly:

Q1: Could you please provide additional information or example photos showing what the

City considers a Half Vehicle Graphic versus a Complete Vehicle Graphic?

A1: The half vehicle graphic would typically be a post-accident repair. For uniformity we would replace the entire graphic on one side of the vehicle, which would include the blue and gold striping with Police and Altamonte Springs wording.

Q2: Primarily new vehicles, or Existing vehicles that may require removal of old graphics, vinyl, adhesive residue, or partial wrap removal prior to installation?

A2: Work is a mix of both new vehicles (Complete Vehicle Graphic) and repair work (Half Vehicle Graphic). No removal would be required by vendor. Old graphics will be removed by the City and vehicle will be run through the car wash.

Q3: Are there any graphic sizes available for items 1-11?

A3: Vehicle dimensions vary by year, make and model, therefore it will be up to the bidder to design a standard graphic package and size to each vehicle accordingly, per General Specifications >Scope> Item D.
