Bidders may submit alternate proposals and cost-saving options. The agency retains sole discretion to determine whether proposed products are equal to or better than specified brands.

All pricing must remain firm for 30 days from the bid submission date. Parts and materials costs are capped at 10% over actual cost. Alternate bids will be considered on products meeting or exceeding the specifications indicated in the quote.
