About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority for lighting supplies. The procurement seeks quotes from responsive and responsible firms for a two-year contract term effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. Firms must submit written questions, clarifications, or requests for approved equals no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 2, 2026, with the Authority responding through written addendum by June 5, 2026. Firms are required to bid on all line items in the Pricing Proposal; those failing to do so will be deemed non-responsive and excluded from consideration. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible firm on a lump sum basis, and the successful contractor must comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations.
The total budget for this effort is $50,000 for the two-year contract period. By submitting a quote, all firms certify compliance with Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions imposed by the State of California and the United States Government, including Presidential Executive Orders 13660, 13661, 13662, 13685, and 14065. Approved equals will be accepted. Firms agree to the terms and conditions outlined in Exhibit C, the Orange County Transportation Authority General Provisions, which are incorporated by reference into the solicitation. The Authority reserves the right to make an award without further discussion with bidders.
